Weekly Update #69

Happy Saturday!

Big F1 weekend in Italy. Red Bull was having big problems with the car and Max crashed in practice, but he managed to pull a rabbit out of his hat and get the pole position once again. Both McLaren’s were behind him, so I guess their upgrades are working well! Maybe they can pull off two victories in a row!

Also congrats to the Minnesota Lynx for their double OT victory yesterday against the Seattle Storm. It was a real thriller! In other WNBA news, Caitlin Clark doesn’t seem to be finding her footing just yet. She’s not playing very confidently so far, although she is putting points on the board. I think once she starts to figure it all out she’ll be dropping 30 every game. It’s just a matter of time!!

As for my writing, I’m happy to report that I finished! The next step is to try and find an agent and a publisher. I did some research this week and there are several tools out there to help writers and agents connect, so I’ll be using one of those and starting to send out queries next week. Wish me luck! (I’ve decided if I get rejected 20 times I’ll move on to self-publishing this book, so either way you will get your hands on it sometime!)
