Weekly Update #107

Happy Saturday and happy Super Bowl weekend! It’s the rematch of the Chefs vs. the Eagles, Mahomeboy vs Saquon in another epic battle. On top of that, we get to see Kendrick Lamar at the half-time show. Who knows what lyrics he’ll be singing! Personally I’m going for the Eagles although I think Chefs will win. Every time I’ve thought Mahomie was going down he pulled another rabbit out of the hat. He’s just that good.

No rejections this week (no acceptances either).

I sold some books this week so that was good. Thank you to all of my readers, you’re a real blessing to me. And here’s another reminder that my next book, Blood Trembled Branching, is coming out on Valentine’s Day (Feb 14th)! Woohoo!

And in oooooother news, I started my next book. I did the outlining the last few weeks and finally felt like it was in a good enough place to start working. I’m at 4000 words already! It feels so good to be back to work.

I’m also trying to get myself back to applying for actual, paying jobs. Making sure all of my skills are up to date and I got a new webcam so I can actually interview. Wish me luck!
