Weekly Update #131
Happy Saturday!
Just wanted to remind you that my new book, Acceptable Collateral Damage, is out! Here is the blurb:
Society’s problems have been solved. War’s have ended, everyone has a home, and the centers of people’s lives are the communities they build together. Taryn knows all of this, but a traumatic event in her childhood has left her feeling isolated and alone. She thinks she’ll never fit in anywhere. When she heads to the city center to interview for a new job, however, she finds that there is a place for her after all, a place full of excitement and wonder, a place where she can shape and guide the destiny of the world.
You can find it on Amazon here!
Hope you had a great week. F1 is in Belgium this weekend and I’ve been excited to see how Red Bull responds after Christian Horner’s sacking. So far, so good. Max won the sprint and he qualified second for tomorrow’s race. This is his home track, so I’m sure he’s extra amped up. Can’t wait for the race!
Not too much going on in the W. Caitlin is still out with injuries so a lot of the hype is gone. We are still getting some great games, but her return can’t come soon enough. The Fever play tomorrow at noon (vs the Sky).
I finally started my next book in earnest. As you might guess if you’ve read ACD, it is part two of the the story. It’s all one novel, but I split it into two parts so that editing and publishing were easier. Anyway, I’ve finished 6k words so far. It’ll be in your hands before you know it!
