Weekly Update #48

Happy Saturday. When I woke up this morning the air was frigid and foggy. But just as I sat down to write the fog lifted and the sun poked through the clouds. It’s still frigid though!

In addition to wishin you a happy Saturday I’m also wishing you a happy Christmas Eve eve. It’s amazing how fast the entire holiday season passed! Just yesterday it was Thanksgiving, right? And tomorrow it will be the new year, and then 2025 right after that. Sheesh! Slow down!

This week my writing went well and everything flowed smoothly, which is the best anyone can hope for! I fulfilled my daily quota and the new work is at 25k words. I finished up the first act of the story and all of the characters are moving to a new location. Readers are getting to see more of the world and getting to learn more about its people and culture. I won’t spill any real details, but I’ll say that it’s totally new ground for me and I’m excited about it.
