Weekly Update #67

Happy Saturday and almost happy Cinco de Mayo! Big F1 race this weekend over in Miami. Lando got some big upgrades on his car and he was looking great in the practice session, but he didn’t do very well in the sprint race so who knows what’s going to happen in the actual race. Max dominated as usual and KMag got a gazillion penalties. Hopefully they don’t do those silly intros like they did last year.

My writing is going very well overall. Still working on the third draft now. I’m about halfway through, proceeding on my usual 25 pages a day editing procedure. There have been some minor rewrites here and there, probably more than the previous draft. Mostly it’s about making sure the characters and their evolutions are believable and consistent. I think this is probably the last draft, but I’m not going to make that determination until I finish this one.

That’s about it! I’m just locked in the zone and doing all the work I need to do to make the book great!
