Weekly Update #134

Happy Sunday! I missed yesterday as you can tell. No good reason, I just forgot. Maybe I just needed the break. Anyway, here I am, back in the saddle again.

Still working hard on my writing, although I missed a day because I was sick. I’m currently sitting at 23k words, which is starting to get close to the end of the third part of the story. (The story is divided into four parts of around 30k words.) I don’t feel that close to the end though, so we’ll see what happens. It’s amazing how much space one can fill sometimes. There are definitely some great passages in there so I might just extend it a bit. It’s ok to change the plan if it’s not working anymore.

WNBA is getting close to the end of the season. There are around 10 games left for each team (44 games in the season). The standings between rank 2 and 10 are actually pretty tight. Only the Minnesota Lynx have secured a playoff birth! Even the number two team is fighting for their lives still! The poor Indiana Fever aren’t looking very good lately, and they are right on the bubble, fighting with six teams for two spots. It really feels like it’s a coinflip for anyone right now. Should be an exciting finale!
