Weekly Update #146

Happy Saturday! It’s a frigid day out there, but thankfully it’s dry.

Not much going on this week tbh. Youtube and Disney are having a conflict over streaming rights, so Disney pulled all of their channels from YoutubeTV. It includes ESPN so I’ve been missing a lot of sports content. Oh well! YTTV pulled their NBA content too it looks like. I figured if two greedy companies were fighting the consumer would come out on top but it turns out we still lose.

F1 is this weekend in Brazil, but unfortunately it’s on ESPN so I can’t follow anything. Curses!

Still no news about the WNBA negotiations. They have till the end of the month to find an agreement, make a new extension, or start a lockout. I really have no idea what’s going to happen and nobody is leaking any info.

My editing continued on this week. I’ve completed 235 of 265 pages, so I’ll be finishing this draft next week. I only have a few notes and I don’t think it will take me too long to go through them. I doubt I’ll do another full read-through. I feel good about it and there’s really no need. Still aiming for Thanksgiving-ish to publish. Stay tuned!
