Weekly Update #173

Happy Saturday! Yes, I haven’t forgotten about my blog, I just haven’t been as motivated lately.

My writing has been going great. I finished the first draft a few weeks ago and I’ve been editing every day since then. I’ve completed 390/510 pages so far, making notes along the way, modifying things as necessary and deleting the unnecessary. So far I’ve cut around 7k words, but we’re near the end now. I don’t have too many notes to go through, maybe around twenty. At this pace I’ll probably finish in around three or four weeks.

Other than that, I watched the NBA Finals (congrats, Knicks!) and I’ve been following the usual sports: F1 and WNBA. Also the World Cup started and I’ve caught a few games, mostly the USA games. We’re actually playing well for once! This is probably the best the men’s team has ever played. We’ve made it into the knockout rounds so our future looks bright.
