Weekly Update #160

Happy Tuesday! Obviously I didn’t write this update on Saturday. I just forgot about it and then I forgot about it for a few more days!

Maybe there just wasn’t a lot to say!

My writing is basically just continuing on without interruption. I’m approaching 60k words now and I feel like the book is more or less just rumbling along. It’s not really coming to any kind of climax or peak yet, which is fine. I know where it’s going, it’s just taking a while to get there. I’m glad about that, glad that there’s no rush and events will unfold as they may. I used to desire to get things published ASAP, but since there’s really no market anyway, I may as well just not rush anything.

The Olympics are still going on but tbh I’m getting tired of it. There aren’t any interesting story lines and there’s a lot of curling. Still waiting on the WNBA CBA negotiations to finish too. Also, F1 testing is underway now. Sounds like the drivers hate the new regulations which is too bad. Hopefully we get some good racing this year but I’m not hopeful!
